I’m Andrea Bazemore. Currently, I’m a third-year teacher teaching kindergarten. My passion for education started in college and led me to join Teach For America. Now, in alumni status I’m in a Masters program with John Hopkins University for Educational Studies in Early Childhood.
I created this website and podcast to help teachers understand education from a social justice perspective. Not many educational outlets are constantly helping teachers in this area. I’ve decided to be a guiding light and help out my fellow teachers in this process. Together, we will become better educators, learners, and people.
